He has gotten very good at letting humans know of his triggers and will establish his boundaries early on. But once he’s feels safe, he will turn into the biggest cuddle bug. Hello all, my name is Zari! I was originally born on the streets of Cardston, AB and had to learn to fend for myself. I met someone named Tom and he promised me the world and then skipped town after finding out I was pregnant. A very young kitten myself (about eight months old), I didn’t know what I was going to do. A kind soul took me in and later I found myself in Calgary with a new family. They helped me get settled and to be perfectly honest, I didn’t make it easy for them. But once I felt safe, I began to slowly trust them. They fed me, gave me water and loved me. They were kind to me. They gave me this stuff in a tube and wow, that was delish. When I finally had my babies (all five of them), I knew they would help me and my kids and I trusted them completely. I’m still a nervous girl, I will need time to warm up to a new home. I don’t like loud noises and will need a space to call my own while I acclimate to a new environment. I am scared of new people as I don’t know if they will hurt me. But if you give me time, I will purr and sing you the songs of my people. I need a quiet home with one or two adults, no small children please. Found by someone working at a remote job site, Venkman and his two siblings had a rough start to life having to fend for themselves until a kind soul took them in at the work camp. The rest they say, is history. Venkman and his brothers settled easily into a life with feline foster siblings that he LOVES to snuggle up with in the cat beds and on the cat tree. Venkman is also very dog savvy and knows which of his canine foster siblings to let slurp his ears and which to head for high ground when they are around. Venkman is always dapper in his tuxedo ensemble and there is not a sunbeam that is safe from having him occupy it. He will spend hours watching the birds and moths through the windows.
