Meet Ramona! This lovely girl can be a bit shy at first, but once she warms up, she’ll be your loyal friend for life. She has the kind of eyes that tell you she just wants to be loved and showered with kindness. Loud noises or busy new environments might make her tuck her tail and retreat to a quiet spot, but with a little patience (and a treat or two) she comes out of her shell quickly. Ramona adores her daily walks and gets so excited when she sees her leash (and she is a complete pro on walks). She also loves spending time outside, whether it’s lounging in the yard or chasing squirrels with glee. A fenced space where she can safely relax outdoors is a must for this girl, though when the Canadian winter hits, she’ll need a cozy wardrobe of sweaters and boots to keep enjoying her fresh air time. She lives with other dogs and does well once everyone settles in, though cats and small animals aren’t the best match. Ramona also knows how to enjoy quiet moments, often napping peacefully, watching the world go by, or curling up close when it’s time to wind down. Adoption fee: $695
