He does very well with other dogs and enjoys having a canine friend to play with, and he’s polite and easygoing around cats too. Duke walks nicely on leash, takes treats both gently and enthusiastically, and listens well when given guidance. While he can be a little cautious in brand new situations or with unfamiliar sights and sounds, Duke approaches life with curiosity and continues to build confidence with support. He would do well in a quiet to moderately busy home with someone who enjoys giving lots of affection and companionship. Duke is still working on his house training, but he’s eager to learn and wants to please. With consistency and love, he’s sure to continue thriving.
