Uno

Uno is Spanish for #1 and this boy is number one when it comes to being an amazing dog. Uno is incredibly smart and catches on quickly to so many things. At first he may seem shy but very quickly he can’t wait to show you all his love and tricks. Uno is kennel trained and sleeps in his crate quietly overnight. He is working hard to master his potty training. His love of food has helped him learn to ring the bell strap on the doorknob to go outside.

Did we say super smart? Uno knows to sit, shake a paw and is working on the down command. He waits patiently for his dinner and eats it from his puzzle, slow feeder dishes. Uno sits and takes treats ever so gently from your hand. When it’s time for walks he will sit and let you put his harness on but needs a bit of encouragement once its on that he is a good boy and lets go! Then he is ready to go out the door. He walks well and is curious he doesn’t pull but he follows his nose. Uno will adapt to the pace of the house and is medium energy depending on who he is with.

Dog friends make Uno oh so happy and loves to snuggle with them. He is happy to sleep on his bed while you work but ready to play once work time is over! Uno loves his people and would do well in a home where he is part of their daily activities.
