Estelle

Estelle is a true little trooper! She came into care very sick and we were uncertain initially whether she would recover*.  But with good medical care and lots of love, recovered she has and with that has been the discovery of what a darling cat she is.  When being paid attention to and showered with affection, she has been known to literally wrap her paws around your neck to express her happiness.  She is as a smart as a whip, loves play time, can be chatty, is very friendly, and loves cuddles.  Her sunny disposition, happy go-lucky personality, and her ability to adjust easily, make her so special.  She would do really well with children, is eager to play with other cats, and we think could settle well into sharing a home with cat savvy dogs as all early indications in her foster home are that she’s not stressed by their presence at all.  Yes, there was a rough start for Estelle but her thankfulness to those who believed in her ability to overcome, is reflected every day in the abundance of love and enjoyment she is so ready and willing to share.

*Estelle came into care with feline viral rhinotracheitis and so she will likely be more susceptible to upper respiratory infections when in stressful situations. As long as any other cats in the home are fully vaccinated, she is fine to live with others!
