Have those big, doe like eyes and adorable irresistible fluffy ears drawn you in?  If you’re here reading than the answer must be yes and we completely understand why, because this level of cuteness is hard to simply scroll by. Ellie was found orphaned at only a few weeks of age and thankfully that horrible start to her life has not affected her one iota.  She is the quintessential puppy with her high energy, serious love of endless amounts of play time, and passionate enjoyment of the outdoors.  She is friendly, boisterous, and excited to meet and get to know everyone, human and animal alike.  She enjoys the company of other medium to large dogs, cats, and children but in all instances, her excitement to make friends can result in her playing somewhat too rough. So, any kitties in her forever home that are dog savvy will have to have vertical spaces that they can retreat to when Ellie’s exuberance has exhausted them and very small children will need adult supervision until such time as Ellie’s manners have improved.  She will require a person/family that has the time to seriously focus on her obedience training and understands that her exuberance reflects her puppy stage.  In addition, Ellie does have a very weak tummy so it will be imperative that anyone wishing to adopt her, understands that there will need to be strict adherence to her current diet in order to keep her feeling her best.  One thing is for certain, in adopting our adorable Ellie, you are certain to have lots of fun and lots of adventures in store!
